Quizzes
Turn any form into a quiz. FormGlut Pro supports two kinds:
- Graded (right / wrong answers): each question has a right answer and points, and the visitor gets a score.
- Personality (answers lead to an outcome): each answer adds points to an outcome, and the outcome with the most points is shown, e.g. Which plan suits you?
1. Turn on the quiz
- Open the form’s Settings › Quiz & scoring.
- Turn on This form is a quiz.
- Choose the Quiz type.
2a. Graded quiz
In Settings › Quiz & scoring:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pass mark (%) | The score needed to pass. |
| Show the score after submitting | Shows the score in the confirmation. |
| Show right and wrong answers | Shows which answers were right. |
| Result messages | A message for each score range (From % – To %). Tags: {quiz_score}, {quiz_max}, {quiz_percent}, {quiz_result}. |
Then, in the editor, open each question’s Field Options › Advanced:

| Quiz: right answer | The right choice. For several right answers, separate them with a vertical bar. Choose No right answer (not scored) to skip a question. |
| Quiz: points | Points for a right answer. |
| Quiz: explanation shown with the answers | Shown when right and wrong answers are displayed. |
2b. Personality quiz
- In Settings › Quiz & scoring › Outcomes, click Add outcome for each result, with an Outcome name and the Message shown for this outcome.
- In the editor, open each question’s Field Options › Advanced › Quiz: outcome of each answer, and link each answer to an outcome.
The outcome with the most points is shown with the tag {quiz_outcome}.
Quiz results
- Each entry has a Quiz result panel with the score, Passed / Not passed or the outcome.
- Use a Countdown Timer field for timed quizzes.
