Data & Logs
FormGlut › Data & Logs is where you migrate, export, import, review logs and keep FormGlut healthy. It has these tabs:
Migration
Copy forms from other form plugins. See Migrate from Other Form Plugins.
Export forms
Download forms as a JSON file, to back them up or move them to another site.
- Tick the forms to export, or Select all. Fields, layout, styles and every per-form setting are included.
- Turn on Include entries to also export every submission with its status, star, notes, date, IP address, browser and page.
- Click Download … form(s) as JSON.
An export with entries may contain personal data. Keep the file safe.
Import forms
- Drop a FormGlut export file (
.json) on the box, or click to choose it. - Check the list of Forms found. FormGlut warns you when a form with the same name already exists.
- Choose the Status of imported forms: Draft, Same as file or Active.
- Turn on Import entries to add the submissions stored in the file.
- Click Import … form(s), then View forms.
Activity log
Shows who changed what: forms, entries, settings and submissions. Click a row for details. Turn it on with Record activity, and set how many days to Keep for.
API log
Lists outgoing requests to webhooks, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams, Stripe and captcha checks. Secrets are never stored.

Email log
Turn on Keep an email log to store the recipient, subject and status (not the message) of the last 50 emails FormGlut sends. Use Send a test email to check that your site can send email. The test uses the sender name and email from Global Settings › Email notifications.
System status
Health checks and environment details: counts of forms, entries, spam and trash, log sizes, and server information. Click Copy for support and paste it into your support request.
Maintenance

| Delete all spam entries | Permanently removes every entry marked as spam. |
| Empty the entries trash | Permanently removes every trashed entry. |
| Run entry retention now | Deletes entries older than each form’s Delete entries after (days) setting, without waiting for the daily job. |
| Prune old log rows | Removes activity and API log rows older than Keep for … days. |
| Clear the email log | Removes the recent-emails list. |
| Reset submission rate limits | Lets visitors who hit a form’s hourly limit submit again. |
| Reset entry limits and repeat checks | Forgets the submissions counted for forms that do not save entries or IP addresses, so limits and “one entry per IP” start again. |
| Reset form view counts | Sets every form’s views (and conversion rate) back to zero. |
| Repair database tables | Re-creates any missing FormGlut table or column. Existing data is kept. |
Tasks that delete data ask you to confirm first. They cannot be undone.
