AI Form Builder and Entry Assistant

FormGlut Pro can build forms from a plain-language description, add fields to an existing form, and summarise entries or draft replies. It uses Claude, with your own Anthropic API key.

Set up

1. Create an API key at console.anthropic.com › API keys.
2. Go to Global Settings › AI.
3. Paste the Claude API key.
4. Choose the Model: Claude Sonnet 5.5 (default), Claude Opus 5.5 or Claude Haiku 4.5.
5. Optional: turn on Use AI on entries (summaries, reply drafts).
6. Click Save settings.

Use of the API is billed by Anthropic to your account.

Build a form with AI

1. On All Forms, click Build with AI.
2. Describe the form, for example: A booking form for a dental clinic: name, phone, preferred date and time, reason for visit, new or returning patient.
3. Click Generate. Check the list of fields.
4. Click Create form. The new form opens in the editor, ready to change.

Add fields with AI

1. Save your open changes in the editor first. The page reloads after adding.
2. Click AI in the editor header.
3. Describe what to add, for example: Add questions about dietary needs and t-shirt size.
4. Click Generate, check the fields, then Add to form.

If no usable fields come back, try again with more detail.

Summaries and reply drafts

With Use AI on entries turned on, each entry has an AI panel:

• Summarise: a short summary of the answers.
• Draft a reply: a reply to the visitor you can edit and Copy.

Entry answers are sent to Anthropic only when you click one of these buttons. Mention this in your privacy policy.
