Installation and Licence
Install
- Make sure the free FormGlut plugin (1.4.0 or newer) is installed and active.
- Go to Plugins › Add New Plugin › Upload Plugin.
- Choose the
formglut-pro.zipfile you downloaded after your purchase and click Install Now. - Click Activate Plugin.
Once Pro is active, the ⭐ Pro Features menu item of the free plugin is hidden, and the Pro fields, settings and pages appear in the FormGlut screens.
Activate your licence
- Go to FormGlut › Global Settings › Licence.
- Paste your Licence key and click Activate.
- The screen shows when the licence expires and when it was last checked.

The licence turns on automatic updates. Every Pro feature works without it, but you will not get updates or fixes until it is active.
The licence server is contacted only after you enter a key: to activate it and to check for updates.
Updating
With an active licence, Pro updates appear on the Plugins and Dashboard › Updates screens like any other plugin. Keep the free FormGlut plugin up to date too, since Pro builds on it.
Turning Pro off
Deactivating FormGlut Pro keeps your forms and entries. Pro fields and features stop working while Pro is inactive, so check your forms before deactivating it on a live site.
Deleting the plugin removes Pro’s own data only when Global Settings › Advanced › Delete data on uninstall is on in FormGlut.
