Open Payments from the FormGlut menu button (three lines, top left). It has five tabs.

Transactions

Every payment from every gateway.

  • Search by Reference, customer or entry #.
  • Filter by Gateway, Status and Form.
  • The table shows the Date, Form, Entry, Method (with test for test payments), Type, Amount (and the refunded amount) and Status.
  • View opens the entry. Refund sends a full or partial refund through the gateway.
  • Export CSV downloads the list.

The header shows the number of payments and the total refunded.

Subscriptions

All recurring payments: Gateway, Status, Started, Form, Entry, Plan, Method and Next payment. Click Cancel to stop a subscription at the gateway right away.

Coupons

Create and edit coupon codes. See Coupons, Tax, Receipts and Stock.

Stock

Stock levels for every product and option with stock set: Form, Product, SKU, Stock, Sold and Left. Use Reset sold to set the sold count back to 0.

Settings

A link to Global Settings › Payments.

Payment panel on the entry screen

Each paid entry has a Payment panel with the gateway, reference, amount, status and, for subscriptions, the Next payment date. You can Refund a payment or Cancel subscription from there too.
