Form Templates
Templates are ready-made forms you can start from. FormGlut includes 25 free templates. Each one shows the real form, you can preview it on desktop, tablet and mobile, and everything can be changed after you use it.
Open the template picker
- Go to FormGlut › All Forms and click Add New.
- Click Choose a Template.
The picker opens full screen. The first card, Blank form, starts an empty form.
Find a template
- Search: type in the search box. It looks in names, descriptions and keywords.
- Popular: the most used templates.
- Categories: click a category in the sidebar. The number shows how many templates it has.
Each card shows the real form, scaled down, with badges such as Multi-step, Payment, File upload or Signature.
Preview a template
- Hover over a card and click Preview (or click the template name).
- Switch between Desktop, Tablet and Mobile at the top.
- The sidebar lists every field in the form and marks the required ones.
- Use the arrows (or the ← and → keys) to look at the next or previous template.
You can type into the preview to try it. Submitting is turned off, so nothing is saved.
Use a template
Click Use template on a card, or Use this template in the preview. FormGlut creates a new form with the template’s fields and settings and opens it in the editor. Change what you like, then click Save Form.

Templates are small PHP files. Add your own with the formglut_templates filter. See Hooks for Developers.
