These fields organise long forms and show information. They store no answer.

Accordion Section

Groups the fields below it into a collapsible section, until the next section or an End of Section field.

  • Title and Description
  • Open at the start: show the section expanded when the form loads.

Tab

Groups the fields below it into a tab, until the next Tab or an End of Section field. Several Tab fields in a row make a tabbed form. Set the Tab title of each.

End of Section

Closes an accordion or a set of tabs, so the fields after it are shown normally.

Example:

  1. Tab Personal details
  2. Name, Email, Phone
  3. Tab Your order
  4. Products, Notes
  5. End of Section
  6. Terms checkbox (always visible)

Entry Preview

Shows the visitor’s answers so they can check them before submitting, for example on the last step of a multi-step form. Turn on Leave out empty answers to hide blank fields.

Countdown Timer

A timer that counts down from a number of Seconds (10 to 86,400). Under When the time is up, choose:

  • Stop the form: the form can no longer be sent.
  • Send the form: the form is submitted automatically.

Set the Message shown when the time is up (default: Time is up.). Useful for timed quizzes and tests.

Video / Media

Shows a video, audio file or image inside the form. Paste a YouTube / Vimeo link, or a video, audio or image file URL.
