Pro adds more ways to control who can use a form. All of these are in the form’s Settings › Restrictions, below the free options.

Password protect the form

  1. Turn on Password protect the form.
  2. Type a Password. To keep the current password, leave the box empty. The form is not locked until a password is set.
  3. Optional: add Text above the password box.

Visitors must enter the password before they see the form.

Only these user roles

Choose the roles allowed to use the form, e.g. Customer or Member. Empty means everyone (subject to the Only logged-in users setting). Other users see the Message for other users.

Entries per logged-in user

Entries per logged-in user (0 = no limit) limits how often each user can submit. Users who reach the limit see the Message when a user reached the limit.

Entries per email address

Entries per email address (0 = no limit) limits submissions per address, also for visitors who are not logged in. Choose the Email field to count and the Message for a used email address.

Minimum age

  1. Turn on Minimum age.
  2. Choose the Date of birth field (a Date field).
  3. Set the Minimum age (years).
  4. Write the Message when too young.

Countries

Choose who can submit by country:

  • Everyone
  • Only these countries
  • Everyone except these countries

Enter the Country codes (e.g. US, CA, GB) and the Message for other countries.

The visitor’s country comes from your CDN or a country database. Set this up in Global Settings › Privacy & security. See Privacy and Security.
