Send leads and contacts from your forms to your CRM.

HubSpot

  • Connect: a Private app access token from your HubSpot private app.
  • Feed: map the Contact properties, the Email, and optionally set a Lifecycle stage (or Leave as is).

Salesforce

  • Connect (OAuth): in Salesforce, go to Setup › External Client App Manager › New. Enable OAuth with the scopes api and refresh_token, PKCE, and the redirect URI shown in FormGlut. Paste the Consumer key and Consumer secret. The Login domain is empty for https://login.salesforce.com; for sandboxes use https://test.salesforce.com or your My Domain URL.
  • Feed: Create a Lead or Contact, map the Fields, and for contacts set an Account name. FormGlut finds or creates the account and links the contact.

Zoho CRM

  • Connect (OAuth): create a Server-based application at api-console.zoho.com with the redirect URI shown in FormGlut. Enter the Data centre (the end of your Zoho address: com, eu, in, com.au, jp, ca, sa, uk or com.cn), Client ID and Client secret.
  • Feed: choose the Module (Leads or Contacts), map the Fields, and choose Update the record with the same email to avoid duplicates.

Pipedrive

  • Connect: your API token, from Pipedrive › Personal preferences › API.
  • Feed: map the Person (name, email, phone and custom fields) and Organization name. Optionally Create a deal with a Deal title (e.g. {form_name} – {field:name}), Deal value, Pipeline stage and a Note (smart tags work, e.g. {all_fields}).

FluentCRM

  • Connect: nothing. FluentCRM runs on your site.
  • Feed: Lists, Tags, Fields (first name, last name, phone, address, city, country) and the contact Status: Subscribed or Pending (double opt-in).
