FormGlut Pro connects to over 30 services. Setting one up has two parts: connect the service once, then add a feed to each form that should send entries to it.

1. Connect a service

  1. Go to Global Settings › Integrations.
  2. Find the service. Use Search services… or filter by category: Email marketing, CRM, Productivity, Automation, Messaging, Storage.
  3. Enter the connection details, such as an API key, and save.
  4. For services that sign in with OAuth (Google, Salesforce, Zoho, Constant Contact, AWeber, Dropbox):
    1. Create an OAuth app in the service’s developer console.
    2. Add the Redirect URI shown by FormGlut to that app.
    3. Paste the client ID and secret, click Save settings, then Connect.
  5. Click Test connection. The status changes to Connected.

Use Disconnect to remove a connection, or Reconnect if it stops working.

2. Add a feed to a form

  1. Open the form’s Settings › Integrations.
  2. Under Send to services, click Add feed.
  3. Choose the Service and optionally a Name for the feed.
  4. Fill in the feed’s settings, for example the list, the field mapping and tags. Click Reload from the service if a new list or field is missing.
  5. Optional: add rules under Send only when.
  6. Click Save settings.

A form can have several feeds, to the same or different services.

Field mapping

Most feeds have a Fields table. On the left are the service’s fields (e.g. Email, First name, Company), on the right you pick the form field to send. Choose — Not sent — to skip one. Required fields are marked.

Background sending and retries

Turn on Send in the background so visitors do not wait for the service to answer. Failed sends are tried again up to 3 times.

Check what was sent

Each entry has an Integrations panel with the Date, Service and Result of every send. Click Retry to send again. You can also use Process again › Webhook, Slack and integrations only in the entry header.
