SMS and Chat Alerts
Get a text message or a chat message for new entries, or send an SMS to the visitor.
SMS with Twilio or ClickSend
Connect Twilio: the Account SID and Auth token (from console.twilio.com › Account info) and the From number or Messaging Service SID.
Connect ClickSend: your Username and API key (from dashboard.clicksend.com › Developers › API credentials), and an optional Sender ID.
Feed settings:

| Message | Smart tags work. Long messages are sent as several SMS. |
Discord
Feed settings: the Channel webhook URL (Channel settings › Integrations › Webhooks › New webhook › Copy URL), a Title (default {form_name}) and the Message (empty = every answer).
Telegram
Connect with the Bot token from @BotFather, and add the bot to your group or channel. In the feed, set the Chat ID (a number; groups start with -100…, or @channelname) and the Message.
Microsoft Teams
Feed settings: the Workflow webhook URL (in the channel: ••• › Workflows › Post to a channel when a webhook request is received) and a Title. Messages include an Open entry button.
The free plugin also has simple Discord, Telegram and Teams alerts in Settings › Integrations. The Pro feeds add conditions, background sending, retries and a delivery log.
